Qwerty Computer Support is an IT Solutions Company, providing support and services to clients in a variety of industries on a wide range of computing equipment.

As a standard, Qwerty's contractual response times are 2, 4 and 8 hour, Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30, although, as all companies are different, Qwerty Computer Support provide tailored made contracts to suit clients' requirements, offering a more effective and efficient solution.

All service calls are administered by a person. There is no queuing. The distribution of engineering resources provides UK customers with contractual options from 2 Hour Response to time.

Our field and system engineers are highly experienced and qualified within the field of IT and are supported by our main workshop. All engineers are dispatched with a detailed worksheet, which will indicate the grade of service and any other special conditions relating to the arrangement.

We have an alternative way of supporting our clients. Over the years we listened to our clients and have found that most small businesses want a Pay As You Go service with Service Level Agreements or Response Times of a Maintenance Contract. Qwerty Direct is exactly that. For a nominal membership fee you enjoy that and a lot more.
