Qwerty Direct offers your company corporate class IT Support services at SME friendly prices without the hassle of a contract and delivered with personal service

As an Qwerty Direct client you will also get access to the entire range of smart managed services provided by Qwerty.

Qwerty Direct combines the best elements of a Maintenance and Support Contract with the flexibility of Pay As You Go.

For a nominal fee Qwerty Direct enable us to be available at your disposal: 30 minutes response for Telephone Support, 30 minutes response Remote Control Support and 4/8 hours for server/desktop Onsite Engineering Support.

You will also benefit from having access to our HelpDesk, Knowledge Base, and regular automated health checks of your machines.

 

At Qwerty we believe in making things as easy as possible, that's why Qwerty Direct has a simple ‘hour pack' payment system. Blocks of hours can be purchased in advance to be used for our support services. The price per hour is dependent on how many hours are purchased.
