Support 1.0 combines the best elements of a Maintenance Contract and Qwerty Direct. With most it companies in the UK a Maintenance Contract means "maintenance". Any changes or additions is always charged. This is not the same as Support 1.0

Support 1.0 allows you to have unlimited access to our Help Desk facility, Telephone Support facility and Remote Control support facility. Support 1.0 covers any type of work. Not just maintenance. The only work you will be pay for is for On Site Engineering.
