Maintenance Contract
Qwerty Maintenance Contract is designed to give you peace of mind and unlimited use of our resources to maintain your network. Our Maintenance Contract gives you unlimited use of: our HelpDesk facility, Access to our Telephone HelpDesk, Remote Control facility, and On-Site Engineering. All of this is included as part of your Maintenance cost.
As standard our contract includes hardware and software support. Our contract includes, but is not limited to:-
